Custom Order Information
When placing a personalized order, please carefully review all information you provide, including:
- Reference photos
- Names
- Dates
- Text or inscriptions
- Product size
- Design preferences
- Other customization requirements
Clear and high-quality reference photos are especially important for custom pet portrait artwork.
If additional information is required, we may contact you before or during production.
Order Changes
If you need to change your customization details, please contact us as soon as possible.
Whether a change can be accepted depends on the current production status of your order.
Once custom production has started, some changes may no longer be possible.
Order Cancellations
If you would like to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Cancellation availability will depend on whether production has already started.
Because customized products are made specifically for each customer, orders that have already entered production may not be eligible for cancellation.
Handmade Variation
Every FURCREDO product is handcrafted.
Minor differences in leather grain, color, texture, carving details, and other handmade characteristics may occur.
These natural variations are part of the character of handmade leather artwork and are not necessarily considered defects.
