Photo Submission
Once your order is confirmed, we’ll ask for photos and story of your pet. Don’t worry—we’ll work together to review the photos and decide on the best reference images for your portrait. Clear, well-lit photos work best!

Every portrait begins with a sturdy wool base that forms the structure of your pet’s face and body. This foundation ensures the portrait has the right shape and proportions.
Customized Eyes: Hand-Painted Details
Your pet’s eyes are the heart of their portrait. Each pair of eyes is meticulously hand-painted to capture their unique expression and personality.
Customized Nose: Handmade Clay Feature
The nose is crafted with care using clay. Each nose is sculpted by hand to match your pet’s unique shape, texture, and color, adding a touch of realism and charm.
Customized Mouth: Tongue, Teeth, and Tiny Details
The mouth is a focal point of your pet’s personality. We carefully sculpt the tongue, teeth, and even the tiny teeth using clay to ensure every detail is perfect. Whether your pet’s mouth is open or closed, we’ll capture their unique expression.
Realistic Fur: Mixed and Planted by Hand
To achieve the most realistic look, we carefully mix wool fibers to match the exact colors and tones of your pet’s fur. Each strand is then planted little by little, layer by layer, to create a lifelike texture and depth.
Upgrade Option: Paws with Adjustable Positioning
Want to add your pet’s paws? Choose our upgrade option! Each paw is crafted with a steel wire inside, allowing you to adjust their position to your liking. Whether you want them resting, playing, or holding something, the choice is yours!
Preview and Review
Once your portrait is ready, we’ll reach out to you with a preview. This is your chance to review the artwork and provide feedback. We’re happy to make minor adjustments to ensure your portrait is perfect!

How long will it take to get my orders?
Every Furcredo is lovingly hand‑crafted, which means creation takes time. Orders presently require an estimated 5–10 days to finish — check individual product pages for precise timelines. Once completed, delivery will take an extra 1-2 weeks, subject to your shipping destination. Thank you so much for your kindness and patience while we bring your piece to life.
How are Furcredo made?
Each Woolever Friend is custom-made exclusively for your pet using the needle felting technique with 100% natural, soft wool. Needle felting involves compressing wool fibers together by hand to create specific textures and shapes. The nose and mouth of each Woolever Friend are also handmade. Full-body Woolever Friends include a wireframe to support the stability and mobility of the paws and tail.
How do we make sure your are happy with your woolever friend?
Throughout the production process, we’ll send you pictures and videos for review. If you have any concerns, we’ll discuss and make modifications to ensure your Woolever Friend closely resembles your pet. We pay attention to detail and strive to capture your pet’s unique qualities.
Please note that while we do our best to accurately depict your pet’s likeness, slight variations in color may occur due to differences in electronic device displays. Additionally, the texture of wool material and limitations of the needle felting technique may prevent a 100% exact match.

How can I have my pet's real fur added into the portrait?
Upon request, we can incorporate your pet’s real fur, ash, whiskers, or teeth into the portrait. After placing your order, we’ll provide you with a mailing address for sending them.
